OUR STORY
HOW IT BEGAN
Philip Salerni is the President and Principal Broker of Weston Berkshire Realty Advisors. Prior to co-founding the firm, he built his experience at Keller Williams Realty and Realty ONE Group, developing a reputation for high-level client service, strategic negotiation, and transaction management.
Our Talents Filled an Industry Need
For years, Philip thought he was simply selling homes. But most of his clients — busy professionals, executives, physicians, and dual-income families — didn’t just need a Realtor. They needed someone they could trust to handle the overwhelming workload that came with preparing a home for sale.
Every listing required endless tasks: finding reliable contractors, scheduling estimates, coordinating repairs, meeting vendors, and managing timelines. For Philip’s clients, the real challenge wasn’t the money — it was the time and mental energy these tasks consumed.
So Philip stepped in.
He built a trusted network of painters, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, and staging professionals, handling the calls, appointments, and coordination himself with efficiency and precision. While his clients focused on their careers and families, Philip quietly managed the chaos behind the scenes.
