Joseph Lovett

Director of Marketing & Talent Aquisition

Joseph Lovett brings a uniquely diverse background in leadership, entrepreneurship, operations, and business development to Weston Berkshire. A United States Navy veteran, Joseph has applied the discipline and strategic perspective developed during his military service to building several companies from the ground up. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated the complex demands of marketing, employee recruitment, organizational growth, and multi-location management. His experience includes co-founding a financial services company and overseeing more than a dozen tax-service franchises simultaneously. With additional expertise in AutoCAD and design, Joseph also brings a practical understanding of the planning, development, and operational considerations involved in real estate-related businesses.

Jennifer brings a valuable combination of entrepreneurial leadership, tax expertise, and financial insight to Weston Berkshire. With many years of experience as a successful business owner and tax professional, as well as her designation as an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, Jennifer offers a thoughtful and informed perspective on the financial considerations that often accompany real estate decisions. Jennifer's broad range of experience and proven ability to build, manage, and scale organizations make her an invaluable member of Weston Berkshire’s leadership team.
